In the case of a temporary grouping, Ipergare assesses the requirements held by each company, suggests participation shares, and prepares documents for all the companies involved.
In the case of availment, Ipergare assesses the requirements and resources involved, drafts the contract, and prepares documents for both the auxiliary company and the beneficiary company.
As part of the document preparation, IPERGARE also provides the following services:
- coordination of activities carried out by all parties involved in the same tender procedure;
- assistance in uploading participation documents for an electronic tender;
- assistance in all phases of the procedure, from verification of requirements to submission of award documents.
